In addition to program sites, the Office of Drug Control Policy (ODCP) provides Narcan free of charge to law enforcement agencies in all 120 counties. The ODCP also assists Kentuckians in finding a Narcan donor.

The 2020 Overdose Deaths Report released by the ODCP shows that more than 1,964 people died from overdoses in Kentucky in 2020, a 49% increase from the previous year.
